Technical Stuff!

For those of you who are more interested in the technical stuff, below are some of the reasons our awnings offer excellent value for money.

Storage Cassette

Made from powder-coated aluminium for strength and lightness, the cassette is fully weatherproof and has an integral rainwater gutter and spout. To give added strength and durability the sections are doubled up, and the 300 series even has a separate internal cassette. This ensures the fabric is kept even tighter and cleaner - a feature normally only seen on awnings with a price tag quadruple ours!

Even the end caps are cast aluminium, and all nuts and bolts are made from the finest stainless steel, to ensure they don't rust. The supporting chain-link arms are a massive 70mm, giving you years of service.

Motorised Option

If you choose the remote controlled motorized option, it comes with a top-of-the-range Somfy motor - some of the best on the market! It will automatically adjust every time you operate the awning to compensate for fabric strength, expansion etc. It's details like these that will ensure your awning closes perfectly every time.

Even the tactile and stylish handset is top of the range, and is shock and water resistant, so you can sit back and enjoy your Pimms with the minimum of effort!

Fabrics

With a range of over 500 fabrics to choose from, you will be spoilt for choice.

Water, mould and fungus resistant, they include robust plain designs, stripes, and even jacquards, so there will be something to fit every taste.

The quality fabric is matched with tenara stitching thread, guaranteed for 10 years, to ensure the sun doesn't rot the stitching - an important detail to look out for!
